Corrections policy
We work to avoid errors, but when one happens we correct it promptly and openly.
How to report an error
If you find a factual error, write to news@nyayapalika.com or use the feedback form, with a link to the article and the source for the correct information.
How we correct
- After a factual error (a name, date, amount or decision) is corrected, a note at the end of the article says what was corrected and when.
- Minor spelling or language fixes are not separately noted.
- When new developments are added, the article shows an “Updated” time.
- If a serious error undermines the basis of an article, we add a clear notice to it rather than deleting it.
Right of reply
If a person or body affected by an article sends us their response, we publish it in line with our editorial standards.
